BioScientific, Inc. (BioSci) was incorporated in Arizona in 1992. BioSci is involved in the development, manufacture and sale of microbiological based systems. We target product development toward the agricultural and environmental services industries. BioSci’s products for the agricultural and horticultural markets answer the growers’ needs to reduce and control chemical fertilizers and pesticides as a result of regulatory pressures. The Company’s non-chemical, environmentally safe products are being sold by several of the largest agricultural distributors in the United States. Product development and testing collaborators include major commercial growers, state and federal agencies, and university groups.
